Welcome to Thunderbird Wellness. By accessing tbirdwell.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

Thunderbird Wellness sells cosmetic lip balm and moisturizer products for personal care use only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the ingredient list. If you have sensitivities, patch-test before regular use.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout creates an order request, not a completed purchase. We will email a secure payment link within one business day. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order (for example, suspected fraud, reseller activity, pricing errors, or stock limits). If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

4. Pricing and errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We try to keep pricing accurate; if an error appears, we may cancel the order and notify you before charging, or refund if already charged.

5. Payment

Payment is completed through the secure payment link we email after your order request. We do not collect card numbers on this website.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product names, and imagery are owned by Thunderbird Wellness or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use the site for unlawful activity.
